I finished 4 books in the TakeControl of your TBR challenge. I am pretty bummed that I have to wait two weeks before I can watch another episode of my favorite show on Netflix - The 100. Last night on TV, the season finale of The Vampire Diaries was on. Television just ruined the entire thing for me! Besides that we never got to see my favorite character, Klaus again. Only he sent a letter to Caroline 😭 and who cares about fucking Vicki Donovan? Let me know if you watched the Vampire Diaries. I will be watching for season eight without commercials on Netflix in the fall.
I went shopping at Torrid and bought a new dress that I liked and was comfortable to wear for spring and I got my hair done. I sometimes watch beauty gurus on youtube to see what new beauty products are in and Jen from Jenn Luvs Reviews mentioned a favorite liquid lipstick from Makeup Monsters which I then had to order to try out. Glad you enjoyed your books! I haven't watched TVD since probably season 3 or 4, but everyone I know was pissed about the finale. I rarely watch tv any more. But, when I do watch, I BINGE on netflix or hulu and watch entire series at a time!

Thanks Laurel! Torrid has some great fashion. A Court of Thorns and Roses was slow at first and the world building is very...wordy to say the least but it grew on me. I am wondering if I should start ACOMAF right away or take a break hmmm. I can't wait for warmer weather to wear my dress.
DeleteMy hubby wathes Vampire Diaries and I read and sort watch. I prefer the series Originals with Klaus :) My daughter is binge watching the 100. I need to try it. Great job on Take Control thus far!
ReplyDeleteI love The 100 soo much! I loved when Caroline and Klaus sorta had a thing for each other. I think that is when I realized he actually had a heart lol. I feel like screaming for joy! I finally was able to get the first season of The Originals on youtube!! I AM SO HAPPY that I get to watch it! Is it obvious that I love Klaus? Take Care Kim and have fun watching The Originals And hopefully The 100!

I used to watch the Vampire Diaries. I guess I just burned out on it. After Elena became a vampire, I didn't like her personality or the direction the show went. Maybe I could get back into it, but I just haven't tried.
