Stacking The Shelves

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, it’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Demon from the Dark (Immortals After Dark, #10)

From the Library

From this bestselling author Kresley Cole comes this scorching tale of a demon outcast poisoned with vampire blood and the vulnerable young witch he vows to protect—even from himself.

Nevermore: The Final Maximum Ride Adventure

Audiobook

Nevermore maximum ride series by James Patterson.
I downloaded this one because the cover caught my eye but I don't really like scifi/dystopia. Oh well.

Overbite (Insatiable, #2)

Purchased On Sale = cheap

Overbite by Meg Cabot
Overbite is Meg’s sexy and hip sequel to her bestselling Insatiable, the story of a soap opera writer with precognitive powers who is recruited into the Vatican’s war against demons and the undead. Unfortunately Meena Harper has a major Achilles Heel—namely her lingering affection for her ex-boyfriend, Lucien Antonescu, son of Dracula, the prince of darkness.

Added To Kindle.

I can't keep track of all the free ebooks I acquire but I can share one that I got this week.

A Vampire in Denial by Dale Mayer

But try as she might, she can't get a handle on the vampire lifestyle and all the...blood. Turning her back on the vamp world, she embraces the human teenage lifestyle—high school, peer pressure and finding a boyfriend. Jared manages to stir something in her blood. He's smart and fun and oh, so cute. But Tessa's dream of a having the perfect boyfriend turns into a nightmare when vampires attack the movie theatre and kidnap her date. Once again, Tessa finds herself torn between the human world and the vampire one. Will blood own out? Can she make peace with who she is as well as what?

  8. Despite my love of all things Meg Cabot, I still haven't read this series by her. I have the first book on my shelf, but for some reason I haven't picked it up. I think I was suffering from vampire burn-out when it was released. I'll have to try to read it again. Happy reading :)
