It's 'G' Alphabe-Thursday!

Jenny Matlock

This week my alphabe-thursday 'G' word is
Grammar nazi .

From the movie Inglourious bastards , you may or may not have noticed Brad Pitt is lousy with his accents ! He doesn't do a good german accent (or any accent imo, not even american!) and the investigating nazi colonel played by Christoph Waltz, is my favorite character in this movie . I think he deserves an academy nomination for his role .

and..

I use it all the time .

  2. Grammar Nazi here, too. But only in regards to the fact that I home school and am required to teach grammar. Don't you dare say "good" if I ask you how you are...the answer is and always should be "well" (even though in recent years there's been a push to accept "good")

    "Well" done! "Good" job!

  4. My children think I am a grammar Nazi! I HAVE to be! We moved to a rural area and "we was" just doesn't cut it for me...not to even mention the constant misuse of good and well! I agree with 5th sister on this one! Joni
