In what ways do you stand out?

I found out the reason I am slow at comprehending is because I am smart . I can read a book and be thinking of something else at the same time , obviously the book or movie has to be really interesting to hold my attention and when someone is talking to me it is the same thing . I have selective hearing . I hear what I want to hear and disregard the rest . ha!
