He's sad but this cartoon ghoul just wants to have fun like everybody else. I followed this youtube video on how to draw him but the guy BeeJayDel uses Procreate digital software. I just drew it with a pencil and marker in my sketchbook just so you know.
Ghouls are underused in horror nowadays.
