Juul is a popular e-cig brand that sells liquid smoke you inhale when you vape. Certain flavoured pods are the cause of a mysterious lung illness causing death, and Trump is prepared to put a ban on these e-cigarettes. Doctors admit it appears as a poison in the lungs.
