Asmodeus

Demon of Lust

I have only heard of Asmodeus in the book of Tobit and I love this Bible story ! It's one of my favourites in all the bible . It's a love story with a happy ending, filled with lots of action . I like action packed happy endings . There isn't a story that I've heard/read that is better than this one IMO.

There's an article on Spirit Daily that is pretty disturbing, and I assume it is talking about the same Asmodeus that we find in the book of Tobit.


 On September 19, 1846, the Blessed Mother allegedly told a French shepherd girl named Melanie Calvat at LaSalette (in what seemed like unusually harsh language) that "the Vicar of my Son will suffer a great deal, because for a while the Church will yield to large persecution, a time of darkness, and the Church will witness a frightful crisis."

"The chiefs, the leaders of the people of God, have neglected prayer and penance, and the devil has bedimmed their intelligence," it added. Nuns, it warned, would allow "Asmodeas" (a demon some associate with the New Age) into convents. "The devil will resort to all his evil tricks to introduce sinners into religious orders." Then it goes on to say "The priests, by their wicked lives, by their irreverence and impiety in the celebration of the holy mysteries, by their love of money, honors, and pleasures, have become cesspools of impurity."

So Asmodeus will enter into convents and the devil will entice sinners into religious orders. I guess we can only assume woman priests are part of that too .

I 've heard elsewhere that woman priests would be a sign of a false church .

Anyway, If you know the story of Tobit , all the men who had sara,  for their wife, died :( because the evil demon Asmodeus had slain each of them before he had been with her as his wife. and you can read that in Tobit 3:7-16

Tobias didn't die , because he did what the angel Raphael told him to do ; which was to catch a fish and take the heart and liver and gall and use them to chase the evil spirit away . Apparently the devil hates the smell and the gall was to heal Tobias' father, Tobit's, eyes. Tobit 6:6 says : Then the young man said to the angel, "Brother Azarias, of what use is the liver and heart and gall of the fish?" 7 He replied, "As for the heart and liver, if a demon or evil spirit gives trouble to any one, you make a smoke from these before the man or woman, and that person will never be troubled again. 8 And as for the gall, anoint with it a man who has white films in his eyes, and he will be cured."
I think the article is interesting and some of you don't believe in God or demons and the devil ,  but I don't care. It's totally possible . Maybe not word for word but I have had a lot of time with this word , mulling it over and I can see it is totally fascinating and real not to mention true .

Another thing the article in Spirit daily mentions is :

"The mystery of angels and men will be revealed through a scandal in the papacy."

If it adds up then it is quite plausible :)
