Fondue




































Fruit Fondue

Ingredients
2 bags caramels
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 (10.5 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
Assorted fruit for dipping

How to make Fondue
Melt caramels in a large double boiler,keep stirring it frequently. Add milk and marshmallows slowly until completely blended together.
Transfer to fondue pot and serve with cut fruit for dipping.

  2. I don't know where the tradition came from, but from the time I was a tiny child, my grandparents always served oyster stew on Christmas Eve.

    Our Halloween tradition, started by me, has always been chili. Easy to make, easy to serve. I made the kids eat a bowl before they went out Trick or Treating--kept them from eating candy along the way.

    Glad you enjoyed the story of Faust. I thought everyone was familiar with Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera. The music is lovely--the story even lovlier.
