Merry Kiss-Mas ! - Alphabe Thursday letter K

Kris Kringle's Kale Kooler
Ingredients:
1 mango
1 pear
2 dates (soaked) - optional
3 - 4 big leaves of kale
water/ice for blending as needed
Directions:

Blend your fruit with your water (approx. 1/2 to 1 cup) until smooth. Tear or chop kale from the stem/spine and chop into smaller pieces. Add a handful to your fruit base and blend until smooth. Add each handful of greens progressively. Add and blend a little ice at the end to "kool" off your smoothie!

The Letter K is for Kisses and Kale Koolers if you hadn't noticed. It's been 1 whole week since I've started the 24 day countdown to Christmas with the green smoothie queen and they truly do give you energy ! I feel great besides the fact that I smoke, but we aren't talking about bad habits today cause I have been doing really good keeping greens in my daily regimen, so go Elf Yourself  O K ?!

I used some of my Kids old photos, Josh when he was 3, and Curt, because I don't have enough pictures of children elfs :p and Phil and a real photo of Santa Klaus .

Enjoy the laugh show and have a Merry Kissmas ! This has been a letter K edition of Alphabe Thursday with the lovely Jenny Matlock . She is having a whole week of giveaways so you better check it out or not because I wanna win *P

  10. I might give that cooler a try. I drink this nasty green stuff on the advice of my naturopath. I've had kale in things before and it doesn't seem as strong as cabbage!

Thanks for the interesting post. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better...I hope it works for me, too!

Too bad there's isn't a hershey kiss cooler. That would be more up my alley, though! ha!

    Thanks for linking.

    A+
